YGG PLAY SUMMIT 2025

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of yggplaysummit.com (the “Website”) and your participation in YGG Play Summit events (“Events”) organized by Yield Guild Games Pilipinas (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website or attending the Events, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not continue. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Website. Your continued use means you accept the changes.

1. Admission and Code of Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the Event for behavior we deem unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

  • Participants are expected to act respectfully toward staff, guests, and other attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

2. Credentials

  • Tickets, passes, badges, and other access materials (“Credentials”) are the property of YGG Play Summit.

  • Only Credentials issued by us or our authorized partners are valid. Unauthorized or fraudulent Credentials are void and may be confiscated.

  • Lost or stolen Credentials will not be replaced. Unauthorized use of a Credential may result in removal from the Event without refund.

3. Ticket Policy and Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Tickets are personal, revocable licenses. We may revoke your ticket at any time at our discretion.

  • In the case of Event Cancellation, our liability is limited to the portion of paid registration fees remaining after processing fees.

  • We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs in case of cancellation.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Event Changes

  • We may change the Event schedule, speakers, activities, or venue at any time without liability. Updates will be posted on the Website as soon as possible.

5. Photography, Video, and Media Release

  • By attending YGG Play Summit, you grant us and our partners permission to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, livestreams, and other media. These materials may be used for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.

6. Marketing Communications

  • By registering for the YGG Play Summit, you agree that we may send you updates, offers, and event-related marketing from YGG Play Summit and YGG Pilipinas, unless you opt out.

  • You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Except where prohibited by law, YGG Play Summit and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense to you or your property in connection with your attendance, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YGG Play Summit, its affiliates, partners, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

9. Website Use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful activities

  • Upload or transmit harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.)

  • Interfere with the Website’s operation

  • Post defamatory, offensive, or infringing material

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Website

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

  • Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on the Website with the “Last Updated” date.

  • Your continued use of the Website or attendance at the Event after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
